We are finally moved in. It took two trips. After the initial trip, we had to wait for the snows to melt enough to get a moving van in the driveway. Moving "twice" sucks. I have most of the painting done. The kitchen is no longer vitamin-pee-pee yellow, nor the rest of the greatroom a light pea green. I still have the doors and thresholds yet to go.
There is no description of Northern Idaho. It is gorgeous. The air is clean. The sky is the most amazing blue. I see the Northern Lights at night. I even saw a few blotches of the aurora borelis a little while ago. We have eagles, moose, deer, many varieties of birds, and more. People here are like they used to be in the Sierras, real folk.(Yes, I left many real folk behind, but they are sadly outnumbered now.) It is nice to walk into the store and get a smile.
There is a little storage down the road we have the over-flow at until the garage and storage shed can be taken care of. The spa needs a few things. It still works well enough to melt muscles.
I also have 6 to 7 fleeces more to wash and put out on the drying racks. I really need a picker, but I will have to save for it. Boy, they are expensive! I will have all winter to make a few things to put up on the site.
Now, if that was not a slepping pill, I do not know what is. No, I am not exciting and I do not care. I do my thing. I am who I am. If one does not like it, they can piss off. (ornery grin)
